Extensive interior and exterior additions and modifications were made to this home for a full-time family in The Colony. The improvements include an addition with a living area, extra bedroom and gym, a huge 4-car garage with a climbing wall, a new exterior entry, a built in pool and spa, and landscaping with a large water feature and pond.

Designed by architect Scott Jaffa, this home was constructed as a spec home and sold in 2021 after considerable interior design changes by the buyer. The home features three levels, with two private Guest Bedrooms, a Master Bedroom on the main level, and three bedrooms downstairs including a Bunk Room. A large workout area is part of the downstairs living area.

This personal residence was designed and built for clients and is located within The Colony ski in/ski out community.  The design firm was Otto/Walker Architects from Park City and interiors were done by Andrea Damiano, along with a lot of client input which brought many design ideas from the East Coast.  The main home and guest home are approximately 21,000 square feet and include and outdoor pool as well as a huge game room with a pool table, shuffle board, cards and bowling.  This is truly a four season resort home with all the amenities you could possibly desire.

This personal residence was designed and built for clients and is located within The Colony ski in/ski out community.  The design firm was Otto/Walker Architects from Park City and interiors were done by Andrea Damiano, along with a lot of client input which brought many design ideas from the East Coast.  The main home and guest home are approximately 21,000 square feet and include and outdoor pool as well as a huge game room with a pool table, shuffle board, cards and bowling.  This is truly a four season resort home with all the amenities you could possibly desire.

This custom home was designed by architect Scott Jaffa with Interiors by Leslie Murchie (Bonnie Wu Design).  Located on one of the largest and nicest lots in Park City overlooking the Deer Valley Ski Resort, this residence is approximately 10,000 square feet.  The owners and their family enjoy all the seasons in their home, which is conveniently located along a network of hiking and mountain biking trails.

After working on a Colony residence with the owners, John’s previous company with business partner Russ Hermann, JR Construction Management was contracted by the owners to provide construction administration services directly for the owner.  JRCM also formed an agreement directly with the General Contractor, Sharp Construction, to provide construction services, such as bidding, specifications, contract administration, architectural and owner coordination, and providing solutions for issues during construction. 

The home was completed and lived in by the owners.  It was later sold and replaced by another Colony home constructed by JOC Construction.

GLENWILD GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY

Scottsdale, Arizona based developers, Grayhawk Development and DMB Associates, wanted to create a golf course community in the Park City market.  The goal was to produce a top-ranked golf course with all the amenities that would create long term value and leave a lasting legacy for the two companies.

Using some of the top creative firms in the field; Vernon Swayback Architects, Jack Johnson Company, and SWA, Tom Fazio on the golf course design, and OZ Architects for all buildings including the Clubhouse,  an incredible project was envisioned.  The construction schedule was fast-tracked and most of the infrastructure and buildings were construted within a three year timeframe.  The completed Golf Course is recognized as one of the finest golf courses in the western US, and has continually been named “Best Golf Course in Utah” by Golf Digest.  The buildings, especially the Clubhouse, set a new standard in mountain architecture in the area. Exceeding the goal set by the developers, Glenwild is recognized as the highest standard in Park City area golf course communities.
